I need advice...

I need to do something new with my hair. I am going to donate it to Locks of love next year so I cant cut it short but I need a change. It is so drab right now. I cant do much with is and I am sick of it. I am tempted not to wait another six months and cut it all off now. But I know that I will regret it if I dont wait. So I need your advice.... What would you do if you were in my place???
